With over ten years experience in the Central Texas BBQ scene, I
know my baaarrrrrrrbeque. I've worked with the biggest crews and
on the smallest ships. I mutinied my way from the dish sink to
captaining my own pit. Though I left the industry last year to
pursue other adventures, I continue to sail from San Antonio to
Houston and everywhere in between in search of the best booty,
burgers, and BBQ the state of Texas has to offer.
